Installation of Build:

Go to the directory goodies/Build of the CD-ROM, and copy all the files in the directory where you have installed Duke Nukem 3D; if they are not in the same directory, you will have only the 2D mode (so you could do nothing).
You also can, with some versions, choose to install Build, when you install the game.
